    roller guides

    I'm making a 50 stand-up with rollers.
I can't understand why Stuarts are about half the price of Aftco and others.
Anybody use these? Are they decent or are they not worth wrapping?
    Thanks.

I have used them, they are pretty good. I believe they are as good as the aftco's obvisly not as good as wintrop.

I would not hesitate using them again.

To update, Although I've been using Aftco's for as long as I can remember, I picked up a set of the Stuarts to try. I like the extra knot clearnace.
It's funny because this all started because I found an extra set of SIC Turbos and I have an extra 50w that needed a rod. Couldn't use the turbos because I only have a #10 tip and couldn't find a #14 with gold finish....... Maybe I'll make a jigging stick if the blank accepts #10.
