    roller guide cleaning / greasing

i just bought a couple used roller guide rods and have removed the rollers from each guide. what do you guys use to lubricate the rollers before replacing? is there anything i should or should not do in this process?

3m used to make a product called fluid film. It is a silicon based spray. Best stuff for rollers IMO.

WD40 works fine, but you have to apply it more often than the fluid film. Glad you got them back together and working.
