Rod Repair?

I have a couple custom spinning rods that my grandfather had built that need some love ... The guy that made them passed away and I don't know where to go to get them fixed? The one has a broken guide and the others the finish is de-laminating. There all St. Croix blanks so I hate to replace them. Anyone have any suggestions. I'm located between Philadelphia and Reading PA but would consider shipping them out to someone.
