went great, we had 10 great students that really wanted to learn to build their own rods..most of the guys were ready with their blanks and stuff. the classes ran on time and seemed to get the guys and gal excited about building. we have guys building fly rods to tog sticks...i think steve fell in LOVE with a set of guides ..but in his defence..they are SWEET, REALLY SWEET. we will be back at it again this week..i was lucky enough to sneak out right after lunch. its easier to teach at "the shop". than at the VFW..and as usual, we sent the guys away with homework

It was great. I did fall in love with the titanium guides. They are SWEET!! I've been practicing all week wrapping guides. Can't wait till this next class.

Steve..did you get them for your rod? i am getting them for one of the blanks i had in the truck.with cork grip..and they have that "new" spinning reels seat. which can also be used as a conventional, another Very Sweet item ....did you check the Tuna jigger i got on the site..the XH (purple color)..i put titanuim guides on that....i just ordered a couple sets of Ti Rollers. for me and grady .they make like 100 or so sets a year, Grady didnt ask the price
