    Rerigging Outriggers using pulleys

I need to restring my outriggers. This time I am using single, double & triple pulleys instead of running the mono thru the outrigger loop. I purchased a few pulleys and some don't have the swivel at the top to connect to outrigger loop. What is the best way to fasten them to the outrigger loop. Tiewrap or waxline or some other method.

You can also use a heavy stainless Split ring to tie the pulleys to the eye bolts...
