Removing Light Corrosion on Reel Handle

I have some light corrosion on the Penn 30W handles. I seem to remember a post about this but could not find it. Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

    Thanks

If it is just the small raised grey/green looking corrosion here is what has worked best for me.

Get some copper wool (softer than steel wool) pinch off a small piece. Apply some type of lubricant to the affected area. I use Break Free CLP. Let it sit for a few seconds, then buff out the corroded area with the wool. This should do for light stuff. Once the corrosion is gone you may notice some small pits in the area where the corrosion was. Be sure to keep Corrosion X or some other similar type stuff on this area from now on. The copper stuff will not hurt the anodized finish on metals.
