    What do you think about using a 12/0 senator box.I think if I get a pair of vise grips and crank down on the star drag it should work fairly well.I have also constructed my own planers.I am using martha stuart cutting board with 2 c-clamps on the end.I cut off a ugly stick and glued a roller on the end.How do you think this should fair???I figure for a 1/8 of the price it shoul work well.LOL

    Anyway, my Zebco is the heat on my rod, it stays in freespool all the time.
