This fish grabber should not be used for catch n release. It does a number to the lower lip of the fish. I caught a large Blue and used it and it really tore the lower lip with the fish thrashing around. I purchased a Boga Grip copy cat which seems to be much better. The Boga Grip has two fingers that are rounded and do less damage.
