    Looking for one that pays
take a piece of long rigging wire and attatch to a small swivel( like a haywire twist),the swivel needs to go over the hook .Split the bill like normal
run the wire throught the bill(swivel sticking out),run the wire under the belly down to the gills.
wrap the wire around the gills(inside the gill plates you should not be able to see the wire).
now back under the chin( slip a chin weight on the wire now if you want) and wrap thruought the eyes twice ,both sides of the chin weight.
now the wire should be back under the head of the ballyhoo.
stick the wire through the head and it should come out on top of the head (where th mouth would open called the sweet spot.
start wrapin the wire nice and even down the bill and around both sides of the swivel.

rig a bunch of them and put them in the cooler and have a bunch of leaders made up.Now all you have to do is grab a bait out of the cooler run the hook through the swivel and you are readty to go.
you can also put a small sqid over the hook to add color(the little small ones)
I hope this makes sense,I'm not very good at trying to explain it in words, maybe someone has a video
Dont forget circles dont sharpen them.
    non offset wide gap
dont set the hook just carnk the reel slow and hang on.
