Question about Rod

Hello,
I received a Western Hoegee "Tuna King" rod from a friend that can no longer fish. Does anyone happen to know anything about this rod or maker? Next to the logo there is something that says "No. 350 B". It is in pretty good shape but I know next to nothing about it. Anyone able to offer any information?

Western Hoegee Tuna King rods are a mass manufactured rod from overseas. Western Hoegee is a company that sells recreational products as well as other types of stuff and sells them.

The name Tuna King was trademarked in 1965 and the trademark expired back in 86.

Until today, I had never heard of them before. If you google Western Hoegee, you can find more information.

I wish I could say that you found a gem in the attic, but you got yourself a rod, so enjoy it.
