Penn Fathom Master Swivel Mounts (Bolt Pattern)

Do the Penn Fathom - Master swivel mount bases have the same bolt pattern as the fixed bases? I have a home made rig that goes into a rod holder that has a fixed base bolted to it. I want to replace with a swivel base... just wondering about the bolt pattern if anyone knows.

Any info. would be appreciated.
