Penn 50TW Rebuild

I tore down my trusty old 50TW for a look see and rebuild, after 15 years of service, lots of fish and plenty of salt spray it looks good on the inside. Only salt build up was deep inside the right plate assembly. The bearings are a bit grainy as I turn them so I want to replace all 3 now that the reel is in pieces. Fond them fro $51 to $90 per set depending on the source, does anyone know wether the $90 ceramics are worth it? Other ideas?

I wouldn't go ceramics. Really hard to justify the extra expense, especially if you pack them with grease.

I bought the regular Penn bearings but have not had the time to re-assemble the reel. I am also planning to make a bearing sleeve as per Alan Tani's guidance and will post about it.
