6'6" medium action blank from Batson. It has a foam butt with heat shrink from teh butt up and under the reel seat. Front of the reel seat is nothing but a hosel. Designed for specks/pups or bass. It's a spinner. If the owner matches it with a 2500 stradic or saros the whole out fit will be right at 15 -16 ounces. One can cast all day and not get worn out.
