Have just used my new vs-10. Spooled it with 30lb braid.I had a great day jigging for kingis with over 25 landed . They weren't huge fish with the biggest going 14 kilos, but big enough to give the reel a good workout.I have to say I am absolutely stoked with its performance, flawless drag,heaps of power with a solid feel. I own a plethora of quality gear by shimano, Daiwa, Abu Garcia etc, but I can see this reel quickly becoming my favourite. By the way, excellent rebuild instructions posted by Alan Tani, great stuff.
