Not going to do a large write up yet. Here is the new company I am starting, Gimble caps and but caps for any rod style. No plain black anymore! I am trying to stay in the position of making a great product and great service. I can make any color and even include grafix or your logo. I am giving every one here first look before anyone else. 100 % pure rubber and can be designed to any custom colors to match rod build colors and anodized parts. Pm me if you have any questions. Wow those are really great. Love the color combos, especially the marbles. What sizes will you be doing them in and have you come up with a price? ballpark cost for the ones you show?

10.00 for the basic colors shipped , 12.00 for 2 colors and 15.00 for the 3 color or have a graphic/ Company logos soon for all the rod makers. These in the picture are size 24, 27. These sizes fit the majority of the aluminum gimbals. Just let me know what you need or want. If it is not the right size I will make it and send it in a few days. If you want one in the picture 10.00 for you guys here any one of them. I make them for cork wrap rods also.

Very nice.... are the caps still flexible, and how durable are they... ie... will they survive being dragged across a sportboat deck....

Very durable and flexible. You would have to use the deck of a boat like a pepper mill to get it off If you wanted or a razor blade to cut it off. It is not paint or squishey paint. All graphics are under the surface if you wanted them, protected and will not fade. I have made several. These at the end of R and D , well you can beat the crap out of them. I want them to last, period! Be a great little product and not a piece of crap. I figure it needs to be the best and last. The next ones will be the rubber gimble ones. No corners cut to get it done right.

Nice job there Steve. Post on Bloody decks with your own twist on my idea you should have just posted it here! How did you solve the resin poping of issue/ Cracking and broke, they end up in the trash. You will soon see grasshopper. Gotta bust your chops for this one. Nice .
