need feedback on okuma 50w's

I'll be the opposing opinion then, lol... 3 years of shark fishing on the Gulf with an Okuma 50w... it has done pretty well.

put it this way....you may save money if you buy okuma now, but you will lose it in the long run because you will have to replace them a lot sooner.

Exactly my point.

They are not a reel you replace parts in. Penns/Shimanos will last indefinitely. Unless you drop them to the bottom of the ocean, or somehow run them over with your truck you just keep replacing parts and they are good to go.
