I was able to get a bunch several years ago in Chincotergue MD at a local tackle store. But since then can't find any or a mound to make them. Anybody know where to get some.

good luck, I've seen a few 7's turn up in sinker buckets on boats but was always told that they were poured in an antique mold. I wish they still had 7's but I've never seen them or a mold. I did come across the name Palmer as a company that had a 7-ounce mold once upon a time

And if you don't want to deal with lead, you could ask this guy if he would make 7oz sinkers (he would have to buy the mold I guess)

Thanks for the heads up on the sinker moulds. I can't beleive that the local shops don't bother to handle them. Their reply is "no body makes throughs there is no mould for 7oz.
I used to cut down 8oz and it made a differance when drifting for fluke.
