how do you like working with the carbon grips?

For anything but heavy offshore rods, I really like the carbon grips. The ones here are pretty straight forward - not too fancy - but you can't beat them for the opportunity to get really creative.

I have found that I really don't like the heat shrink method for snugging the carbon skin to the foam...Too easy to get the epoxy too hot and that makes a mess...
