How do you make your leaders (wahoo and tuna fishing)

    Which is the preferred method:

    - 200lb mono albright special to short wire trace to lure/sea witch

    - 150 - 200lb leader crimped to a spro swivel and wire trace added to the end of that to lure/sea witch

    Any pics for my viewing?

My wahoo leaders are pretty simple - 12' - 15' #8 or #9 bright piano wire. Stiff rigged on the hook and a simple loop with a haywire on other end.

Tried the short wire trace to spro and a crimped mono leader - We didn't get the strikes that we get on straight piano wire...

    It works for us.
