What do you guys suggest. Rod, Reel, lb test, It will be strictly trolling and would be nice if it had some forgiveness for other species as well

For a slightly softer tip with pleanty of power the new superseeker blanks have been making some great rods, for all species, and trolling or chunking, for a cheaper rod the eglass calstar would be nice
reels i am sure you will get a few good choices that work
What do you guys think of the TLD50? Enough reel?
Keep in mind that good amount of wahoo are taken below surface. So a rod that has the ability to attach a planer to or be able to attach to some sort of down rigging device might be where you want to venture. That TLD 50 would work if you're going to use a smaller planer, say a # 8 or less... and attach it using a bridle set-up. Consider also a swivel tip if you go with the aforementioned. This would help with the planer tracking. Lengthwise, 6' with an aluminum butt.
For standard trolling (you didn't mention planer fishing so I won't go there) the TLD50 is WAY plenty for wahoo. A decent 30 class reel is enough if you want to get down to it.
Planer fishing is a whole other story, but you didn't ask about that.
For standard trolling I wouldn't really set up any differently for wahoo than I would for most any other offshore meatfish. Standard rules apply in my opinion.
