    Drag setting on TLD w/braid

    Just spooled 2 of my 2 speed shimano 30s with 350yds of powerpro 80# with a 150yd topshot of suffix 60# mono
    Drags set at 14#s at strike
    To much or to little never trolled with braid before always used 30# or 40# mono with 12#s of drag and have caught up to 350# marlin on 30# two and a half hour fight stand up just looking to shorten up the battle alittle
    What do YALL think?

    I set my 50w gear (560 yards...all sufix 60) at 14 and its just right for most everything. very selfdom do I go over the button and if I do. I have it marked at 18 where I call it the end of the world. 14 is dead on there cap...

    I set TLD 50W at 20lbs at strike and the end of the world is around 33.
