Looking for an ideal Spinning rod. Stiff and strong enough to be used for Butterfly Jigging, swift enough to be used to toss live bait to Mahi and Sails. Reel is a Sustain 800.

I actually build a rod around the seeker sscjbf65xh and call it my "all-around" rod but I tried jigging with it last week and was not too impressed..........it appears to have too much action towards the tip (but I'am NO expert when it comes to jigging and I used hd guides )
