    Damn Humidity

Im having all sorts of issues with humidity and my finish drying. What tricks do you guys use when this becomes an issue? It just gets super gummy but will never dry and harden.

Turn on the AC and put another coat of finish over top of the gummy. Hopefully it will harden. I have not had any issues this year as I kept the AC on all the time. Humidity is the biggest silent enemy of the finish.

Hope it helps and works out for you.

You can also try a dehumidifier in the room if you don't have AC.

I thought about building some sort of tunnel to put the rod in with a de humidifier at one end.
