Bluefin reels

I am considering adding the Bluefin Edge GC 4000 to my tackle - anyone out there have experience of this reel or bluefin in general. They look good on paper ...but so do I

Doesnt sound like too many people are familira with this reel including myself. Just curious.... the reel is pricey. Why not consider a more well known brand that is tried and true at a similar price. If it is a spinning reel you are looking for, I am a big fan of the Fin Nor Ahab's. You can also find some really nice Shimano's in that price range.

Thanks, I have a couple of Shimano's and Quantum Boca's -I was looking to replace a reel and have seen a number of ad's for Bluefin. I was looking at it as an opportunity to try something new- but as you say I might be the only one who has one !.
What do you like about the Ahabs ??- I have just bought the MH spinning rod from Fin Nor - not yet arrived, be interesting to see how that works out.
