    50vsw: enough drag to pull #32 Planer?

    Just wondering if any of you know if a 50 vsw (or even a 30vsw) can handle the pull of a #32 planer trolling 6-8 knots? Any help would be greatly appreciated....

    It is the same as an F150 pulling a load vs a F 250. It will do it. But not for long without some damage.

    Go with the 80. Oh yeah, make sure it is a Shimano too
