386 Nanotech Reel Seal?
Anyone have any real life experience using this stuff? It sounds like just what the doctor ordered for fishing like I do where my reels are constantly splashed and sprayed with sea water - especially the port side ones where the handles and drags are especially exposed. But, I'd like to hear some honest feedback from y'all before $pending the buck$ for some. Please, tell me the good and bad of it. Here's their website if you've never heard of it and are interested: http://www.386nanotech.com/

I think Admin is going to let me have this space
Never heard of it. Looked at the website. Wonder if washing your gear with soap and water will break it down? I've gotten into the bad habit of washing everything down. I hate "Green Reel's".Frank,SeaPower

Anthony's Ark is a blowboater
Time will tell !
I use nanotech on my spools that carry braid.( Hopeing this prevents corrosion build up on the spools ) so far so good. It will break down over time like anything else , but if you use it & do yearly maintenance on your tackle it should help . I would still inspect my tackle however after each trip . As far as the outside of the reels I traded in the soap & water for the Penn Rod & Reel cleaner ! VERY happy with it so far!
