80VSW Bridge Assembly
![]() Haven't logged on in awhile. Got the handle off fine thanks to your instructions, but for some reason I ended up taking apart more things than I should have like the bridge cover and drag lever etc. Having major difficulties putting it back together for some reason. I look at the diagram and all the pieces are where they're supposed to be but the preset drag knob just doesn't seem to work right. Its supposed to be a "push to turn" but mines now seems to turn without pushing and the drag on the reel does not tension right. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong. Thanks. Brian

DADS DREAM.....
You have the earlier run 50VSW reels.First few years had the smaller type button (just like the 15KG Series had).To me,they worked pretty well. When they went to the oversized button,it was just a engineering upgrade.

thanks
Tom,
I'm at work all day today but will be off tomorrow to call you at a reasonable working hour. I believe you're 5 hours ahead so what would be the best time to call at and at what number? Brian |
