    peacock tips?

i am navy hospital corpsman currently sationed in guam i have been here about 2.5 years i just found out about some areas where peacock bass have been stocked here and this weekend my buddy and i plan on going after them. i was wondering if anyone had some tips on catching peacocks lures, colors, techniques?

i spent alot of time back home in maine catching smallmouth and stripers on various poppers, rapalas and my personal favorite the heddon torpedo. from what i read peacocks go for the same stuff. any advice would be helpful.

i plan on posting some pics of our catch next week.

    any advice would be helpful.

bright colored "Cindy Lopper" hair colored flys!..

if you can throw a fly.. the wildest pink, green, red, orange colored streamers on a fast return gets the best bites and you don't worry about weeds.. things hit hard and makes you feel good hooking them that way.. then again there is always live bait..
