Hi friends. Major bummer to report, however not unexpected. Lower Owens is at flood stage- raised to over 600 cfs at Pleasant Valley Reservoir. Kiss it goodbye for a while. Upper Owens high but improving, will get good as soon as it cools down. East Walker is the place to be right now. Hot Creek also fishing well. be the fly...tom loe
