Sunday Fishing Report
Hello. Blue fish were caught on metal at ramps 43 and 55. There were also a couple spanish mackerel at 55. Fishing was pretty good this morning at ramp 45. There were sea mullet, croakers, and some pompano caught there. At ramp 43 there were a couple of puppy drum.

Monday Fishing Report
A gentleman brought a 13 pound blue fish he caught at ramp 55 this afternoon. There were some pompano caught down there as well. At ramp 43 I heard of one blue fish. Down by Frisco pier there were some nice sea mullet and pompano caught. The guys down there saw spanish mackerel jump although no one caught any.

Thursday Fishing Report
Praise be - Ramp 55 is now open all the way to the Inlet. Appears the Oyster Catchers hauled butt. Bluefish reported from all Ramps along with Flounder off 43 and 45. Good Sea Mullet catches North of Buxton in the secret holes around 30. A couple Pompano in the 2 lb class off Ramp 43.
Weather looks pretty good for the weekend so venture forth - Grumpy.
Wednesday Fishing Report
Other than a couple of incumbants lost in the wash, not much to report today. Some decent Sea Mullet fishing in front of Ramp 49. Sea Mullet being caught in the secret holes north of Buxton as in 34 and points north. There
were a couple Pompano caught this afternoon on Sand Fleas and a few Bluefish being taken on both cut bait and metal. I've given up on the weather so refer to your owners manual for assistance - I mean after all, it is only March 19th - Grumpy.
Tuesday Fishing Report
Hello. The guy who caught the 13 pound blue fish yesterday caught a 52 inch drum today off ramp 55. There were also some blue fish caught there today. At ramp 43 there were a few sea mullet caught. Hang On Steve said they caught a bunch of small blue fish in Hatteras inlet this morning along with some flounder.

Friday Fishing Report
Sea Mullet at Ramp 30 along with a 6lb plus Puppy Drum caught by Emily.
Bluefish scattered along all the beaches today being caught on both cut bait and metal. A few nice Pompano off Ramp 43 and the boats fishing the Inlets
did well today on Cobia - Grumpy.

Saturday Fishing Report
Ramp 45 was closed today - The National Bird Service once again providing
outstanding support to "We The People" Good Sea Mullet catches continue
North of Buxton in the vicinity of Ramps 34 and 30. Bluefish continue to confuse with their here again and gone again antics but a few were caught
behind the Motels and further South. Pompano at Ramp 43 on Sand Fleas
and Puppy Drum in the Avon area. Ms Kristy's Husband "The Chief" put 4 nice Cobia in his or is it Their boat today and apparently quite a few more were caught in the vicinity of the Inlets. Trying hard to keep the faith but it's no longer easy - good weekend to all - Grumpy.

Sunday Fishing Report
Hello. Nice sea mullet were caught from the jetties today. One was a pound and a half. There were also some sheephead caught. At ramp 55 there was a 13 1/2 pound black drum and a big blue wish caught as well. There were a few spanish and flounder caught as well.

Tuesday Fishing Report
The north easter is here! We are starting to get some rain and a little wind but there was still some nice fish caught. We gained some more beach back from the birds at ramp 43. There were some puppy drum caught there this morning and some nice sea mullet as well.

Monday Fishing Report
Good Evening. There was a lot of grass on the beach today. More nice sea mullet were caught behind the motels. A few citations were mixed in.
Offshore they have been killing the dolphin. Quite a few gaffers are mixed in. There are also white marlin around and a few sailfish.

Thursday Morning Report!
Seems like the calm winds are providing some fishing for those here this morning. Puppy drum continue to be taken at ramp 43, nice flounder at the jetties, and oddly enough a couple of big blues behind the motels.
Look for the cobia to move into the surf if the weather man keeps the wind down. Of course hard to fish where you want on the point but deep water at 55, 49 and 43-44 could provide a few.
