With only 2 hours before dark we headed out of Punta de Mita ready to catch dinner, and returned in the dark with 4 snappers and 1 rooster. It was an evening full of light tackle and jigs, and the water teaming with sardines and feeding roosters with the snappers down below. Fishing is at a high here in the Punta de Mita area and we couldn't be happier as we sit around the tabe sharing a pot of snapper soup!
