Mazatlan offshore update

Fishing in the offshore water of Mazatlan Mexico has slowed again. The fishing for late 07 into 08 has been a roller coaster ride. The weather and the water begin to warm up along with the fishing. Then it begins to cool off, the wind picks up, cool water currents move in and the fishing slowes down again.It has been very windy in this area of Mexico during the 07-08 season. The Mahi Mahi are not in heavy yet because of these conditions as well as the sailfish.

Thanks for the update. Tell us more about your world- what is the area like? How far offshore is the fishing? Is it a troll game? Etc, etc. I'd love to learn more about that area of Mexico.
