    Smile Going Geoduck-ing

    Ola,

    First timer here on this forum.

    Will be going after the World's best tasting but dang ugly "geoduck" clam here in Puget Sound(20miles West from Seattle by water).
    Its hard&dirty but i love it when i bring those home instead of going to the Asian Markets and paying about $15-20 a .lb
    Most geoducks average about 2.5-lb and takes me about 20mins to dig one out at low tide.

    I had one once when I lived out that way. It was nasty. Was it the just the way I had it or are they all nasty?
