WRECKS off HALIFAX N.S.

HI:
I go up to the HALIFAX are freuqently. I'll be up there again in May then again from JUNE thru AUGUST.
I have a 21 local built boat up there and I run other guys boats for teh Cod/Haddock and Tuna fishing.
What I'm interested in is wrecks around the HALIFAX area and off Peggy Cove area.
There ia a submarine sunk by the Canadian gov that was used for the Canadian Navy to test their Sub Finding skills.
I've asked and written to the Nova Scotia gov. and the Canadaian Federeal Gov. askling to get that set of numbers out od the WRECK LISTS they keep.
SURPRISE , SURPRISE , SURPRISE . Thier Federal Gov says" we don't keep a wrecklist anymore". WE don't have that list that we did have,HUH?
The Nova Scotia Gov and Halifax city gov. said" Get in touch withe Federal Gov. They have the wreck lists. HUH? Seems that each is pointing the finger at the other government agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!
I was wondering if anyone has that set of numbers or any numbers for other wrecks in the HALIFAX and PEGGY COVE area. I know that their are at
least 8 other wrecks sunk during WW11. One in particular had OVER 500 million(GOLD) taken off her in the last 5 years. MAYBE THATS WHY THE BIG BUSINESS GUYS HAVE THE WRECKS ALL TO THEMSELVES.?
I JUST WANT TO FISH THOSE WRECKS for COD , CATFISH , HALIBUT. I fish on other boats when I go way offshore , BUT, I'm getting tired of running 50+ miles out for HALIBUT and HADDOCK.
Any help would be appreciated.
