deep c hit the head, out of all the organizations that we pay to join and support and hope to get good out of are all berried in red tape fighting in gov form and nobody gets heard hell i have tons of articles from cca and to be honest most of it isnt worth wiping your ass with, sorry this sounds blunt guys.

i can remember when i was learning from some old salts capts and being taught that the party and fish come first and the new age starts and we work or butts off to get or tickets and hope to make a difference and more red tape, bla bla bla bla bla blabla.

i dont even use the word capt on my name because i dont have the years or the knowledge compared to some of the gents on this site but i do listen and ask alot of questions and when you have this kind of gov bs it puts good people at each other instead of most on the docks talking fish or women bs and having a cold beer, instead theres a damn hook issue.
