Spoke to a couple of captains down in Venezuela. One boat had 10 whites, a blue and a sail. He said that all is well and fuel is readily availble. There are rules that must be followed but everything is fine. The fishing has been hot. planning on going in late october if anyone is interested, we may have a spot or two open. Right now I think its me, whitey and whitey's dad Ron.
