Team Canada Rocks!
Pete I was not able to get it done but I think I found a guy who had a bunch left over. Let me find his name again.
I look forward to being there again this year. It really is one of the best marlin grounds combined with the safetest destination in central/south america one could go to. I only wish you could get there in one day. too many guys aren't willing to take 4 days of travel, 2 in and 2 out. I think once people give it a chance and see it truly is a special place they wont even worry about the travel issue.

Galapagos in a day
Hey Bill
I have been fishing with Pete down there for the past 4 or 5 years. can't wait will be there again in March.
I have a way to get to San Cristobal in one day travel.
There is a red eye out of JFK to Guayaquil on Aerogal. Then Aerogal to San Cristobal. This is the easy part only 5 hour lay over.
On the way out you must fly Emetebe to Baltra(another Galapagos Island). From Baltra you Fly Lan Equador to Guayaquil. Then Aerogal to JFK. All with about 2 hours between flights. Its a lot of work but you can do it. The extra travel day is a killer for us to.
One year we also flew through Bogota Columbia on Avianca on a red eye and made it in a day.
Counting the days Pete!!!!! See you soon!

I'm so sorry I missed you last year. I was sentenced to four days of pure fishing HELL at Tropic Star Lodge. I would have rather been in jail than be in that God for saken place. The fishing was absolutley horrible. They averaged two marlin releases per day for an 8 boat fleet but if you read their report it was an amazing week.
See you soon!!! I will be checking the reports. When are you going down?
