Skype is awesome. I use it for work all the time. We can share desktops, files, talk in real time but I point the web cam outside where the scenery is better!!!!

I used it a few times to call my parents in Sao Paulo. I will use it again when I find the part of my wireless skype phone that is missing (the phone itself )

Check out OOVOO....ability to have multiple people on the video conference....better video/audio quality in my opinion..

We used skype in the Bahamas a few years ago, it is the way to go no doubt

I use it for all of my international calls....from us abroad...form costa rica home...from bahamas....don;t know what I would do without it!!! Only problem..is it's limited by the quality of yoru internet connection....when the connection sucks..it does too...investing in a good headset helps with quality too!

I second this. We use it in the Bahamas. The house is hooked up to hughes net satellite internet service and the skype is worthless. If you go to a wifi spot or a plug in spot it is much better.
