Report from Capt Marciel - Perla de Mar

Spoke to Capt. Marciel last night. He said Wednesday was another incredible day offshore Guatemala about 35 miles. The bait was everywhere and the water was blue. He had a single angler on the 37 bertram Perla Del Mar. They raised and hooked 3 blues and also raised a black that wouldn't eat. The blues all came unbuttoned for some reason or another. The did get 12 sails out of 30+ bites. He said the single angler did the best he could but when they come in triples and he's doing all the angling then the numbers are stacked against you. The also caught 2 huge dolphin which he guestimated at 40lbs +. If anyone is interested in fishing on the Perla del Mar out of iztapa, guatemala please shoot me a PM. Also have a 29 strike and 40ft custom available for charter. The fishing is great early this year so get a group, come on down and treat yourself to an early christmas present.
