Poor Girls Report with Pics

Fished on the Predator this past friday for the Poor Girls Tournament out of Bahia Marina in OC. We had a very slow tournament day but did manage to raise and catch one White Marlin. Fish came off the Squid Dredge and attacked the teaser chain before Corey could feed it the flat line naked dink on an 8/0 VMC Circle Hook. Cool part was he got to hand the rod off to his Mother, Carolyn Kennington and she earned her first white marlin release ever. The fish gods will not be kind to her though because she did not take the obligatory creeking back at the docks. Corey took these pics.



Fish is so close but peels off for a few more minutes. Question - How come I never get support like Carolyn is getting here?
