Will thanks for the response. Please call me. I made attempts to contact you through the mssa office. Both went unanswered. i left a message with dave smith for the person in charge of the rules to call me. You chose not to or he chose not to give you the message. Either way it was irrespbsinle. i tried to keep it quiet and suggest how to avoid the issue but everything was ignored and your initial resolution was ignorant and unfair to all the fisherman involved.

Once again i ask you to give me a call. 410 726 3582

Bill
