Fished with Josh on the Penguin today. A great day to say the least. We released 30 Sails!!!! 30 for like maybe 55 or so. We had the Gato Negra on the boat today. Hand him the rod and the fish was either jumping off, breaking the line(3),straighting out swivels(2)something bad. At least 10 times. Some people should stay on dry land. haha Anyways... The fishing is FAR FAR away....55 miles. But it was like another world. Birds diving, flying fish,bait from 400ft to the top,spinner dolphin. I forgot to mention we caught a nice Yellowfin and a Dorado too. Great fishing. Made me want a Bigger, Faster boat!

whats up with the long runs dave. spoke to my friend marciel for guat today. they finally found 57 miles off. At least you guys are finding them thought. congrats on a great day.

It sucks for me because you end up with a bunch of mixed reports. 2 Days ago I had 2 bites all day. A Dorado and a Marlin. (caught both) But that was it. MEANWHILE....The boats 50+ miles are killing it! But that is out of my range. We came back at dark today. Great Fishing! Pretty Day. Mill Pond condtions.

60 mile runs and getting in after dark...sounds like every day we've gone fishing here this year!!!

I hear you White Marlin. Your boat goes twice as fast as my little rig. It for sure was further out this whole season. Not many days were spent in the 20numbers like the old days. Looks like I will be at the 26rock tomorrow.
