Lesson for the Day

Always remember - when going out with somone on their boat for the first time ever make sure they understand simple navigation. Set out for the 950 line to try and catch his first marlin. I slept the entire way out. woke up at the 950. too bad it... was the 42950 in 120 ft 30 miles and a little north of atlantic city

although it was a bit frustrating we did get good laugh about it.

I assume you were intending to go to the 41950 in between poormans and washington?

How did no one realize you were headed north instead of south or south east?

I was a sleep the entire way out. he followed the gps heading of 60degrees because he punched in 42950 instead of 41950. the only other person on the boat was his son and he wouldn't have known that we were headed in the wrong direction.
