Just returned from Isla

Flew down to Isla two weeks ago intending to fish a couple of days and then run the "Rebel" back to Wanchese with Capt. Steve Richardson, owner of the "Backlash" out of Va.Beach.

Arrived in Isla on Friday afternoon and fished on Saturday, beautiful day, plenty of shots and a short run as it had been all winter. Weather picked up a bit on Sunday so we started packing up for the ride back, well, one week later the weather let up for about 24 hours and we blasted out of Isla at 9 am and got to Keywest at 2 am the next morning.

We brought the boat into Wanchese yesterday afternoon around 4 pm after a long uneventful trip, great trip and fishing but glad to be home.

"Uneventful" is always good when describing a trip like that!
