Fishing Osa Peninsula Costa Rica

Took a trip down to Puerto Jimenez in the Osa Peninsula down in Costa Rica this January. The Osa Peninsula is one of the most beautiful places i have ever seen. We did a day of inshore and a day of offshore, the inshore day was awesome landing 2 Roosterfish, 3 Amberjacks, 1 Blue Jack, 2 Bonita tuna and a red and yellow tail snapper. The offshore day we came across a school of yellowfin tuna that were quickly chased away by the biggest school of dolphins ive ever seen, had a marlin swim right to the back of the boat but didnt take the bait......Going back for more next year need that billfish!

Nice pictures. Judging from the boat it looks like you were fishing with Crocidile Bay. I have been to Puerto Jiminez the last 2 years in January. We usually go somewhere different every year but we had so much fun in that little town that we are probably going back again in 2012.
