First Blue of the season in Brasil

Brazil - Capt. Thiago - First blue marlin of the season for the Coyote, a small one of 150 lbs.

Congrats to Capt Thiago. Hope they have a great season. Brazil is one of my favorite spots. Too bad it takes forever and three days to get to that hot spot

I'm now closer to that spot since I'm in Sao Paulo, so it would take only some coin and a few hours to get there.

I have yet to catch my first fish in 2009 - any fish. I did reel in a couple saltwater catfish, but it was with someone else's tackle and I did not even cast so I don't consider that as my fish.

Sorry, Bill Pino. You are talking about blue marlin and I start talking about catfish

I will supply the caipirinha!

Flatdog, I'm paulista. I was born and lived here until 2003, spent 6 years in Fortaleza and now I'm back

All my fishing tackle is still in Fortaleza

Now Jer. Your fishing tackle should have been the first thing you packed. Even before the wife and kids. You got to have something to do to get away once in a while.
