I will second that recommendation, he is first class. We stayed in Jaco, but if I took my wife, we would probably stay at Los Suenos.

I fished with Howard on the Tunabite out of Los Suenos last year - Great trip, great fishing, great crew Howard runs, and Howard knows where the fish are! Can't say enough good things about Howard and his boat & crew. Los Suenos is a sport fishing paradise. You can't go wrong. In fact it was so much fun last year, I booked a week long stay at Los Suenos this December-Jan after Christmas and will heading back out with Howard & crew again.
