Kelly on a one day charter (01 May) got a Grand Slam! A 250 blue, 300 black and 4 sails. What a great day.

The Wojahn party fishing on the 'Makaira' (3-4-5) released 9 sails of 12 bites, but no marlin. Fishing was pretty close - 950ft of water about 20-25 miles out. Clean water for a change.

The Nusz party from Colorado fishing on the ' Intensity' (3 thru 7) released 14 sails of 21 bites. Plus raised one blue which ate the bait and spit it out five seconds later.

John and Poppy Brownlee with a group of publishers from SaltWater Sportsman (08 thru 10) released 32 sails of 45 bites from the 'Captain Hook', 'Rum Line' and 'Makaira'.

First two days of Marlin U group (11 thru 14) is showing some better fishing and results:

'Captain Hook' released 11 for 15 bites and a 375 blue
'Rum Line' released 3 for 15 bites - there's one fly angler aboard
'Makaira' is high boat releasing 17 of 28 bites



It's been a great year, one of the best since 2006-07!
