    Best large teaser?

Wondering what your thoughts are on large teasers and which ones you have had sucess with. I have heard good things about bowlin pin chains, fender teasers, and witchdoctors. Any insinght would be great as I am looking to add a few to the spread this summer.

    Depends where ya are...

I like the Congo which is a very large plug which is popular lure in PR and Venezuala (if thats how you spell it) if you get the right skirt color to match a common baitfish in your area...it also works well if you put a small bird about 2 feet in front of it on a dangler which puts it in the water 60% of the time...I also like the Black Barts extreme breakfast with the same opinions on the skirt...either the bloody bonita or halloween...

The boat we fish on in brazil uses a small bird in front of their left long rigger lure. out of 12 blue marlin bites I have had on two trips to brazil, 11 have come on the lure with the small bird in front of it.

I like the chain of bowling pin teasers in blue/white. I also like a BB Extreme Breakfast and a Gunga Teaser in Green/Yellow.

I have ran the bumper and bowling chain but never really had the results, but the witchdoctor is a proven killer in my mind. I have had multiple whitey, blue, and tuner bites when its in the water. One day last season we had been trolling all morning without even seeing a tailer, i yanked the dredge and fired the WD out and not a minute later had a white one come on the flat line.

I am also a really big fan of the BB blue breakfast.

I have a set of mini Purple bowling pins that I pull on occasion. they look great and we have had flat line bites while pulling them

Brett Jaimison threw out some blue and white bowling pins in Venezuela and we saw lots of blues but mostly on the chains. Don't know if the bowling pins but the captain kept telling him to put it back out so I guess he saw something he liked.

We had a huge original Mumford Wood teaser with red/white hair that we use to pull off the cleat that we use to pull years ago. Dove Hunt got into a tugofwar with a blue marlin one morning.

Have you ever seen this teaser. I have heard real good stuff about it but I don't think he is making them anymore.

The one requirement for this teaser was a red senator pitch bait rod.
