OK folks we are announcing the absolute best contest ever put on by SportFishermen.com and Buena Vista Sportfishing Lodge
Before I announce the details I would first like to thank Capt's Jody and Monte Elswick for their continued support and confidence in SportFishermen.com. Jody called today and said that he absolutely wanted to support the site and upped his forum sponsorship of the Circle Hook and Billfishing Forum for another year. Capt Jody said that SportFishermen.com targets the traveling offshore fishermen like no other media available today. apt's Jody and Monte we thank you for your support and also have a surprise announcement for you at the end of the contest.
SO HERE IS THE CONTEST
We want to know about your boat. What kind, what size and power. For example the Furious is our new 31 ft jupiter with twin Yamaha Outboards. Here is a pic
Now don't worry if you don't have a boat then tell us about the boat you fish on or the boat you want to purchase. In other words don't not enter just because you don't have a boat.

Okay, I'll bite (even though it is still Apil Fools Day). Love my boat. 2005 28' Carolina Classic. 315hp Yanmars, good efficiency and loaded fast cruise 28knts, WOT 32knts. Boat is huge for a 28 footer, and is an absolute tank. Oh, and she raises fish very well!!
My passport is up to date, and I'm free to go on those dates.
Pair-a-Dice
65 monterey 3412 cats 1250hp 4 state room 3 head layout fished hard from trinidad to st maarten through out the year
i am free the required dates and have a valid passport
2005 2101 Seaswirl Striper with a 150 Yamaha. It fishes everything in inshore in Northern California great. For mexico 50 Silverton 2006 "Flora T" and in Florida, 53 Monterey "The Natural". Love them all.
Guatemala billfishing?? OK, count me in!!!
Here's my boat "Reel Pursuit", a 2003 Pursuit 3070 Offshore with twin Yamaha F250s. Cruises at 30 knots and definitely raises fish.
Wow, what a fantastic contest. Unfortunately for me work schedule and family commitments prevent me from entering. I'm sure there will be 2 happy campers come next week.
Gusto IV 45 Viking. She has 671 TIB's and cruises 23 kts. Have taken up and down the east coast many times and to the Bahamas as well. She raises her share of fish. Fully redone and about as reliable and sea worth as they get.
1974 25' BlackFin......this boat is dam lucky we love her because we have been through it all with her and keep going back for more. In 1993 she sank in her slip.....in the past 6 years the motor...a 454 mercruiser has been out of the boat 5 times for different reasons. What do i like about it.....i love the rumble of this girl when we touch the key and she starts growling......she sounds alot bigger than she is....i love that wet exhaust. There is alot of glass in this old girl, that kind of explains the 1 gallon per mile burn rate we have.
